Cancellation Policy
-The guest can cancel free of charge until 3 days before arrival. 
-The guest will be charged the first night if they cancel in the 3 days before arrival.

- If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price.

Terms and Conditions

Things to note about DiFF HOSTEL.

1.   Check-in time : from 14:00 / Check-out time : before 12.00

-If you will be arriving late to check-in, please kindly ring the bell at entrance door and our staff will attend you shortly. 

-If you would like to check out earlier than 7.00 a.m., please contact our front staff in advance.

2.   We accept cash payment in Thai Baht only upon arrival.

3.   24-hour reception. 

4.   Please be advised to download the map or call 064-269-4639 for direction to DiFF Hostel.

5.   Key Card+Towel Deposit for 300 THB per card and towel upon check-in and BOTH will be returned when you check out. 

-The registered guest will be responsible for the lost and damage at the amount of THB 300 per card or towel.

6.   Towel for free

-We provide fresh bed sheet and towel on day of arrival, which are changed after a minimum of 3 nights.

7.   Please be advised to bring your own padlock or available for sale at DiFF hostel.

8.   Free WiFi access all area.

9.   Free Breakfast. Our breakfast will be served daily at the Lobby area during 07:30 - 10:00 a.m. 

10. Left luggage service is available.

11. Smoking area is provided.
12. Pets are not allowed in all area of the hostel.
